Moses N. Koyabe
FOUNDING TECHNOLOGY PARTNER &
Moses N. Koyabe is GridAerial's Founding Technology Partner and Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the company's aviation approvals, safety and airworthiness framework, operator partner standards and data architecture. An aeronautical engineer with more than thirty years in regulated aviation, he has built and led technical businesses across Europe, North America, South Korea and Africa.
He began his career at Thomson-CSF and Aerospatiale in Toulouse on Airbus and Boeing test programs, then led international business development for Airbus and EADS Test and Services from France and the United States, serving more than 150 airline service centers, military depots, OEMs and MROs worldwide. He went on to senior roles at Ideal Aerosmith and L3Harris Technologies, spanning avionics, aftermarket, advanced air mobility and defense programs.
An early mover in uncrewed systems, Moses served as Chief Strategy Officer of Korean drone logistics operator Pablo Air, leading its United States market entry, and is a founding member of AXIX GP International, contributing to the SkyRider eVTOL program. As President of the Advisory Board of the Aerospace Arizona Association, he helped establish Arizona as a drone technology testing destination, and as an expert member of EUROCAE he contributes to aviation safety and airworthiness standards.
Across Africa, he founded KAAT, the Comoros Aviation Academy, and is principal partner to Customized Aviation Solutions in Kenya, which holds full KCAA operating, training and dealership licenses. He is also Founder and Managing Member of MK Consulting LLC and a mentor to Mandela Washington Fellows under the US Young African Leaders Initiative.
