GridAerial is a drone-as-a-service platform designed for the assets that carry Southern Africa's economy — its power grids, its fibre corridors and its farmland. We combine a distributed pilot network with an in-house analytics pipeline to turn aerial capture into decisions operators can actually act on.
Our mission is straightforward: accelerate digital infrastructure across the region. That means fewer crews climbing towers, fewer outages tracked down on foot, and more farmers making decisions on data instead of intuition. It means a continent whose critical infrastructure is measured, understood and improved — continuously.
GridAerial is founded and led by operators with executive backgrounds in infrastructure, technology and enterprise services across the region. We are currently pre-launch — building our certified pilot network, standing up training and certification pathways, and preparing the platform for its formal debut.
